Sureshkumar Pansari - Vice Chairman and Whole Time Director
Sureshkumar Pansari is the Vice Chairman and Whole-Time Director of Rashi Peripherals Limited. Under his leadership, the company has built one of the most robust distribution infrastructures in India, with a wide brand portfolio and extensive last-mile reach. A pioneer in shaping the Indian ICT distribution industry, Mr. Pansari is widely recognized for his contributions to the IT channel ecosystem. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Kapal Suresh Pansari - Managing Director
Kapal Pansari is the Managing Director of Rashi Peripherals Limited and a second-generation entrepreneur driving the company’s transformation into one of India’s fastest-growing ICT distribution powerhouses. With a strategic focus on brand partnerships, diversification, and geographic expansion, he has played a key role in modernizing operations and enhancing efficiency through advanced technology adoption. An alumnus of the S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, his forward-looking and visionary approach continues to set new benchmarks in the ICT distribution landscape.
Keshav Krishna Kumar Choudhary - Whole Time Director
Keshav Choudhary is a Whole-Time Director and second-generation entrepreneur at Rashi Peripherals Limited, responsible for leading the growth of the Enterprise vertical. With a degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, he brings a unique blend of technical expertise and strategic insight. Under his leadership, the Enterprise division has consistently delivered large-scale IT infrastructure projects across India. His specialization in international logistics, business process optimization, and automation has significantly enhanced operational efficiency and customer experience.
Drushti Rahul Desai - Independent Director
Drushti Rahul Desai is an Independent Director at Rashi Peripherals Limited, with over 25 years of experience in valuations and corporate governance. She holds a bachelor's degree in commerce from the University of Bombay and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. She is also a registered valuer for securities and financial assets with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. Ms. Desai has served on the boards of several prominent companies and currently holds directorships at Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited, Chemfab Alkalis Limited, and Kruti Finance and Holdings Private Limited. She has been associated with Rashi Peripherals since 2022.

Himanshu Kumar Shah - Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Himanshu Shah is the Chief Financial Officer of Rashi Peripherals Limited, with over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation across industries such as IT distribution, infrastructure, FMCG, manufacturing, and media. A dual-qualified professional (CA and ICWA, 1997 batch), he specializes in financial management, strategic planning, fund raising, and stakeholder structuring. Known for his execution-driven approach, Mr. Shah plays a key role in driving financial growth and operational excellence.
Navin Omprakash Agarwal - Vice President, Accounts and Finance
Navin Omprakash Agarwal is the Vice President of Accounts and Finance at Rashi Peripherals Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed the intermediate-level examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
