A Chartered Accountant and seasoned entrepreneur, he brings over three decades of experience in the IT distribution industry. His strong foundation in commerce and business ethics has been instrumental in shaping Rashi Peripherals into one of India’s leading value-added distributors. He is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Sureshkumar Pansari – Vice Chairman & Director
He has been pivotal in building one of India’s strongest distribution networks, backed by an extensive brand portfolio and deep last-mile reach. A respected figure in the ICT industry, he is widely acknowledged for his contributions to developing the IT channel ecosystem. He is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
Kapal Pansari – Managing Director
A second‑generation entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in driving the company’s transformation and rapid growth. With a focus on expansion, diversification, and modernization, he has strengthened the company’s positioning and set new benchmarks in ICT distribution. An alumnus of S.P. Jain Institute of Management & Research, he is a recipient of awards including NCN Leading ICT Entrepreneur, Herald Global Most Admired Leader, and YE Forum Young Entrepreneur of the Year.
Keshav Choudhary – Director
A second‑generation entrepreneur, he has been instrumental in leading strategic projects. A graduate in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, he brings strong technical acumen and strategic foresight. He has led the successful delivery of complex IT infrastructure projects across India, with specialization in international logistics, business process optimization, and automation.
Rajesh Goenka – Director & Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
With over two decades in the ICT industry, he has driven the company’s consistent double digit CAGR and strengthened its position as one of India’s most trusted ICT distributors. A recipient of multiple awards, including ET Edge Most Promising Business Leader of Asia and 2023 Intel Partner Award – Hall of Fame CXO, he previously held senior marketing leadership roles at NVIDIA across India, the Middle East, and Africa.
Drushti Desai – Independent Director
She brings more than 25 years of experience in valuations and corporate governance. A commerce graduate from the University of Bombay and a member of the ICAI, she is a registered valuer with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India. She serves on the boards of Kewal Kiran Clothing Limited, Chemfab Alkalis Limited, and Kruti Finance and Holdings Private Limited.
Yazdi Dandiwala – Independent Director
He brings nearly five decades of legal expertise to the board. He holds bachelor’s degrees in science and law from the University of Mumbai and has served on the boards of several prominent companies. He currently holds directorships in Century Textiles and Industries Limited, Pilani Investment and Industries Corporation Limited, Hindalco Industries Limited, and Grasim Industries Limited. He has been associated with Rashi Peripherals since 2022.
Dr. Anil Khandelwal – Independent Director
He brings an extensive experience in banking, leadership development, and organizational transformation. He has been engaged by the Department of Public Enterprise, Ministry of Finance, to train Nominee Directors of public sector companies. He chaired the acclaimed Khandelwal Committee on HR in Public Sector Banks and is an international keynote speaker on transformational leadership.
Anandkumar Ladsariya – Independent Director
He brings strong expertise in management and strategic leadership. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from R.A. Podar College and a postgraduate diploma from IIM Ahmedabad and has completed the Broker’s Programme from the Bombay Stock Exchange.
Dr. Indumati Gopinathan – Independent Director
She is a distinguished pathologist known for her work in telepathology and ocular pathology. An M.D. in Pathology from Seth G.S. Medical College and KEM Hospital, she has served in several leadership roles in the medical fraternity, including Past President and Honorary Secretary of the Indian Medical Association. A columnist for The Times of India and Healthcare Express, she also serves on the board of Thyrocare Technologies Limited.

Himanshu Shah – Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
He brings over 25 years of experience in finance, strategy, and business transformation across industries such as IT distribution, infrastructure, FMCG, manufacturing, and media. A dual-qualified professional (CA and ICWA, 1997 batch), he specializes in financial management, strategic planning, fund raising, and stakeholder structuring. He has been honored as "CFO of the Year" at the prestigious South India Business Leader of the Year Awards 2025.
Navin Agarwal – Vice President - Corporate Finance, Treasury and Taxation
With over 22 years of experience, he has been a key contributor to the company’s financial operations and governance. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and is a fellow member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has also completed the intermediate-level examination conducted by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
Arvind Bajoria – Company Secretary & Compliance Officer
A qualified Company Secretary (CS) since 2001 and Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) since 2012, he brings extensive experience in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and strategic legal affairs. Prior to joining Rashi Peripherals, he was associated with several prominent organizations across diverse sectors, including Kilburn Engineering Limited, Khanna Paper Mills Ltd., and the Vardhman Group.
